The bathroom has an upgraded porcelain toilet, and the water heater was recently replaced with a tankless water heater - so there is an endless supply of hot water!The bedroom features an upgraded memory foam queen mattress, storage under the bed, and a Micro-air Easytouch Wifi/Bluetooth Touchscreen Thermostat.There is plenty of storage inside and out - outside, the unit has a large patio and a rear window awning, along with a large awning over the driver's side of the unit. The trailer has safety built-in with a wifi backup camera and monitor for your tow vehicle along with a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) for the tires. The tires have a DOT Code of 2821 and are in excellent condition, as the unit has been kept under a covered storage area when not in use.
