This unit has an upgraded Progressive Industries HW50C Hardwired EMS Surge & Electrical Protection (50 amps). Has electric jack and front/rear electric stabilizing jacks. It has 2 central ducted HVAC units with a heat strip upgrade in the bedroom. The exterior also features slide covers over each slide, the main awning and an awning on the slide out which adds a lot more usable outdoor space. The interior has also been well maintained and is in great condition. The dining area features a table with four chairs. The living room space features two Lazyboy recliners and a trifold couch and large TV with surround sound system. It should be noted that the recliners are suffering from a little wear and breakdown of the pleather material. There is ample amount of storage space in the living and kitchen area. The kitchen features an island with barstools, a large sink with upgraded faucet/spray head and a three burner stove/oven combo with vented range hood. The bathroom features a clean corner shower with large storage closet. The bedroom features a TV, a large closet for hanging with six drawers for storage underneath and more storage above the bed.
