WE HAVE REDUCED THE PRICE FOR QUICK SALE! ACT NOW AND CAMP IN THIS FIFTH WHEEL THIS SPRING! ASK ABOUT DELIVERY IF THAT IS AN ISSUE. We bought this camper when it was little more than a year old. My wife & I have enjoyed owning this camper tremendously. It has been well cared for. I'm not big on modifications on my campers so they are few. In an effort to provide adequate lighting in campers they fail to provide a dimmer, easy on the eyes, lighting in campers. I tried to alleviate this by installing LED lighting across the top of the cabinet to cast indirect lighting across the ceiling. Completely adjustable, remote is included. The round 'bowl' lights above the couch & dinning table created quite the glare until I added mirror spray on the inside of the globe that shielded our eyes & provided a more indirect light. I also added that really nice calendar clock. It has several screen choices, owner's manual & remote included. Tires: I immediately removed the original tires & installed Good Year Endurance tires, dated 05/19. Included with the sale are the scissors stabilizers & the Watch Dog surge protector. Makes a great phone charging station because of the ac plug beneath. I sit there as I cook. I can see the TV and the stove. We eat there most of the time. The two recliners are the original Lazy Boy brand recliners. They ar VERY comfortable and work perfect mechanically. We installed covers. Please ask about this & we will explain.There is no antenna. The access point is properly sealed off. We used a sat dish and never misses it.The coach has the optional second air conditioner in the bed room/bath end, both units feed the duct work throughout the camper including the basement. With the included tank heaters & enclosed underside, you could camp in the winter, although I never did. The LR electric 'fireplace' really works well on chilly mornings, & doesn't use gas.
