Some wear and tear, but well-maintained and cared for. Everything works and I'm happy to demonstrate when we take a look through the unit. The roof and AC unit have recently been serviced. This unit does not come with any of the original furniture, make it your own! It does include: 50" TV in the living room32" TV in the bedroomStacked washer and dryer in the master bathroomRefrigerator and FreezerMicrowaveGas stove/ovenElectric/propane water heaterElectric and propane heatersBuilt-in vacuumSelf-leveling jacks These are all in excellent condition. Other notable features:Two large, extendable awningsGuest bathroom and master bathroom, each with their own gray and black water tanksLarge pass-through storage areaDedicated generator storage if you choose to add one I purchased this unit about two years ago, and it's been solid the whole time with minimal issues. I've kept it clean, I don't smoke inside, and it's been gently used and cared for. This is a used unit, and does come with some minor cosmetic issues. I'm not looking to hide anything from you, so I'll point out some of the flaws you should expect to see: Minor "bump" in the ceiling material in one of the back corners due to a small AC leak that was fixed quickly.Small tears in the wallpaper where adhesives were used.Slight stretching on the bedroom carpet where foot traffic is highest.
