We are the second owners of this beautiful HM381TH Montana 5th wheel golf cart/toy hauler. If you're unfamiliar with this model the garage is under the queen size master bed, which lifts up high enough for a golf cart when traveling and then lowers back down when you park and take it out. This garage space could be used for a motorcycle as well with plenty of room to spare. Personally I used it for 3 bicycles, a full size char griller, plus gear. There is storage space all around the sides and front of the garage space under the master bedroom. So, no space is wasted and this is great for storing gear and tools separate from your living space. We lived out of this trailer for over 2 years and unfortunately we lost our tow vehicle so we are no longer able to travel with it. The trailer includes an Anderson hitch, all the hoses and attachments, and I side skirting kit for improved insulation. There is a washer and dryer added for laundry and recliner chairs in the living room. There are a few minor things that will need repair, such as one of the awnings and the ceiling fans not functioning properly. We are selling as is.
