All features are as described in this video. We do have the residential refrigerator and 2 - 30# propane tanks as well as 2 batteries. We have upgraded the toilet and added corner shelves above. We also added another drawer under the dining seat and a wire shelf in the bedroom. It has been well maintained and like new. No pets/nonsmoking.
