Description:
2018 Jayco Seismic 4212, 5th wheel toy hauler for sale. I full-timed in this for around 5 years. The life of this 5th wheel is as follows. Had it shipped to Camp Pendleton, CA where I started full timing at the RV Park on base. Pulled it across country where I remained in it full time, at the RV park on base in NC. Pulled it to Iowa when I retired from the mil in 2020, and parked it at the property I bought in Winterset. Stayed in it full time until the end of 2023, when I moved into my house. It was winterized for the first time in 2023/2024, and stood up well to the winter. Each place it's been, it stayed parked until it was time to move again. It has: 2 showers & toilets inside (one up front and one in the toy hauler area), and 1 outdoor shower. 4 TVs. 2 black and 2 Grey water tanks, King size bed up front and a Queen size (I think) drop down bed in toy hauler area, with bench seating (or another bed) that also drops down, loft bed in kitchen area, plenty of storage, pantry closet, residential fridge/ice maker, propane oven/stove, residential size microwave, water softener, washer/dryer combo, extra 50amp service cord, and much more. I am not looking to make any money on this, only looking to pay off the loan. I do have more pictures available upon request (this would only let me upload 10). The good: The slides work as designed, as does the landing/leveling gear. The generator is able to run each of the 3 AC units at the same time, while powering all appliances and electronics at the same time (I stress tested it just to see). It pulled straight down the road each time it was hauled. Clean title. The bad: I've replaced the CO2 detector and transfer switch at the end of 2023. It could use a thorough wash & detail, and I am willing to have this done if a solid buyer commits. The ugly: The main awning is gone. It was damaged in a wind storm several years ago, and I took it off. There is no structural or cosmetic damage to the rest of the RV, but it will need an awning.
