For sale is a lightly used tow trailer by the original owner with clear title. A 2019 Outdoors RV 25RDS Titanium Timber Ridge, Mountain Series. The first question from inquirers about this tow trailer is- Is there anything wrong with it? The answer is, yes there was, but the matter has been addressed. The trailer is in Oregon, where it rains. One night while camping we left the right pass-thru door open, allowing a lot of rain water in. Unbeknownst to us until last summer, this water seeped back past the pass-thru wall seal and then into the subflooring, where moisture remained and subsequently compromised this forward quarter area.This is no longer a concern. The sub floor moisture damage was localized to about 3 square feet at the right forward corner of the trailer. The condition has been completely fixed and a new (and better) seal placed between the pass-thru and forward cabin wall. There are some bumps in the flooring between the bed and the outside wall, but these are insignificant. That is it. The trailer is otherwise in wonderful condition. There are no signs of wear and tear, no stains, no chips, tears, cracks, etc. The trailer was purchased new from Apache, and an owner's binder was provided that has since been supplemented with all the information of additional equipment we acquired. Its estimated at less than 3000 miles of use, if that, for four (short) seasons. We hold a clear title. We are non- smokers, but we did travel with a well-behaved miniature Schnauzer. This is the two-door floor plan, single slide-out with the Mountain Package of basically everything Outdoors RV offered in upgrades of equipment and design. The floor plan is nice because when the slide out is in, there is unfettered access to the refrigerator, counter and sink, the pantry and all counter side cupboards and drawers, the dinette, the toilet and shower, and the master suite. It sleeps six. The interior is warm and cozy, and the 12V TV can be easily viewed from every angle in the main cabin. The cook can prepare meals well out of the way and still be involved in conversation. It is heavy trailer for 25-26 feet. Would recommend a 2500 or better tow vehicle. It tows like a dream, has a Blue-Ox weight distribution system, and there is a back-up camera. Upon request, I can provide the complete list of OEM and Owner Added equipment. But to mention, it does NOT have the solar panels on the roof, but does have 200W of portable panels that can plug into the forward battery pack. It does NOT have a TV in the forward master, but there is blocking in the wall, a 12V plug and an antenna connection available there. It does NOT have a fireplace. It has some interior cabinet lighting, several added grab bars at the doors (including one in the shower), and lots of hooks and hangers. The shades are black slow-rise all around at each triple-pane window. The suspension and frame are designed for boondocking; with a four 6-volt battery pack for 12V service and two 30-lb propane tanks with a T-valve for hooking up accessories, and a retractable ToyLock to secure them all. We are offering the trailer only, as it was when purchased. But, we presently have nearly everything needed for the complete camping experience, including items like chocks, blocks, levelers, surge protector, coax cable, rear cargo rack, wheel covers, tools, camp stove, camp rugs, cooler, chairs, tables, camp games, bedding, pots, pans, etc.
