This 21-foot trailer is ideal for a small family or a couple and can be easily towed with a 1/2-ton pickup. The trailer is in outstanding condition, with no water damage or other issues. All appliances and the HVAC systems work as they should. Other travel trailers of this make and year are priced on this site and other sites around $15,000. I am pricing this significantly lower because there are two soft spots in the floor. These trailers were built using Styrofoam to keep the weight light. As a result, sometimes areas of the floor will become soft. there is a soft spot on either side of the bed.If I fix it, I will raise the price to reflect current market values. If you fix it, you can get a beautiful trailer for a deal.
