Description:
AS IS! Purchased unit with knowledge of a soft spot in the back bedroom area. That was late fall. I started working on it in the spring. Some kind of fungus had eaten the floor to the front of the living room slide. I ripped out the flooring and the stud affected by the deterioration. everything was cleaned with beach multiple times before starting the reinstall process. I have a few pictures if requested. I replaced the studs, upgraded the flooring insulation to R13 and put Advantech sub flooring in to replace that. I also had to take out cabinets along the wall and in the back where I ended up installing a washer. Currently the seals around the slides need to be replaced and there is a soft spot in the roof by the shower skylight. The trailer is sound puling it down the road. I have used it 7 different weeks for my family. It is a project trailer but can be used as is. I do have a few pictures of the floor removal if you are interested in seeing them. The value pictures are only meant to show what it would have been if selling with everything as it is supposed to be. Added information:I ripped out the floor on the slide side of the trailer including the studs and replaced it all. The new subfloor is the Advantech board from Lowe’s. The vinyl is new from back of trailer clear up to the door of the front bedroom. There is a seam into the bedroom and front bath. The skylight over the shower does leak. I found a crack in that skylight and the caulk needs to be replaced around the skylight.
