The large kitchen has lots of counter space and an upgraded residential refrigerator. The bedroom and bathroom can be accessed with the slide closed; the bed has an upgraded mattress for great sleep comfort. The bathroom has an upgraded Oxygenetics Water Saving Shower Head in the shower and a tankless water heater (for unlimited hot water). The TVs have been upgraded with Blue Ray DVD players and a surround sound system. A front door screen handle was added.Not only is it in great condition, but it includes more than 30K in upgrades. Some of the outside and mechanical upgrades are an A-1 Front Steering Assist with a Roadmaster Rear Stabilizer Bar. They upgraded to Bilstein Shocks and Sumo Springs to make things even smoother. The engine and generator were equipped with a quick oil change system and K&N lifetime air filters. A built-in air compressor with a "one touch to winterize system" was also installed. Just in case, a backup macerator was added. Smaller items like heater bug guards are also installed. New house and engine batteries were installed/upgraded with automatic filling systems. The roof has upgraded rotating vents and Maxair low-profile vent covers. There is a built-in undercarriage sewer line storage compartment.The upgraded spare tire is mounted on a Roadmaster rear spare tire auto-lowering unit, and it has a new spare tire.
