We are the second owners and it has treated us extremely well. We lived in it full time but life has taken a different turn so we are selling. I've replaced the charger/converter, batteries, solar charge controller, BIM to DC-DC charger, and battery monitor. This new electrical setup is so much better! With 50 gal of fresh water, and 40 gal/33 gal black/gray tanks, the two 165 watt solar panels, and the new lithium battery system, you'll find boondocking a breeze! When not boondocking you can use your 50amp connection to run both A/Cs, microwave and all your stuff, or 30 amp to run one A/C and most of your other stuff. There's even a little "party" fridge in the rear outdoor compartment for great camping times! Tires are Michelin 245/70R19.5 XZE that still have an amazing amount of tread and life left.
