This is the best lighter weight 25 couples floor plan available. And the MiniLite brand is amazing. We purchased this 2020 MiniLite 2506s from the original owners in the spring of 2021. Since then, it has been used lightly (about two short trips each year on average) we have performed many upgrades to make the use of this trailer a bit more comfortable. They include the following:1. Micro Air Easy Touch RV thermostat.2. New (as of fall 2023) Coleman Mach A/C unit, including soft start.3. Under counter water filtration system.4. Drinking water faucet (on same tree as kitchen sink, but sources water from filtration system)5. Locking metal battery/hitch/setup box on the A frame at the front of the trailer. The frame to hold this box is firmly attached to the frame, so this isnt going anywhere. No more battery theft, and durable to hold supplies needed for hitching and setup. This item is a game changer when it comes to trailer setup convenience. Everything you need for setup in one protected place. And youll never worry about the protection of your battery.6. Slim profile spare tire mount, holds spare tire close to the back of the trailer to provide additional space for items mounted to rear hitch.7. Custom rear hitch with tie loops to keep your bike rack or other items secure.8. Two MaxAirr fans including remotes. One in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Many speeds and timer functions to keep you comfortable in the trailer when not using the A/C. The covers are low profile for minimal wind resistance when moving. And when engaged in the open position, they are rain proof. So much better than Fantastic Fans and hand vents.9. Custom built dinette table with piston-powered pedestal and moveable tabletop (left/right/forward/back by squeezing a release lever). The most comfortable second bed you will find in a 2506s and plenty of table space for dining, games, hobbies, etc. This was originally a sofa model, so this does not include the outside hatch to a storage area under the dinette seats. Seats four people comfortably as compared to seating four uncomfortably in a traditional dinette model. The seats do provide storage underneath, and because this model was a sofa model, it does have overhead cabinets above the dinette which is great for miscellaneous items.10. RV Lock programmable keypad with remote. No more fumbling for keys or worrying about kids losing the keys.11. We removed the outdoor refrigerator and instead use the space for other things. Currently in the space is our propane campfire that we hook up directly to the trailer. (We needed to remove the campfires regulator for this.) This works awesome because we can enjoy a fire when we want, often amid campfire restrictions, and we dont smell like smoke.) We also no longer have the slide-in propane stovetopwe opted for a separate stove top that would allow us to cook a little further away from the trailer. (We didnt want food splatter on the trailer. Also, our Coleman stove top is a much better unit than what was originally on the trailer.) Other alterations in that area provide for more outdoor cooking supplies space. The refrigerator removal also provides for significant additional storage space behind the rear sliding tray. Overall, these adjustments to this area made outdoor cooking so much more manageable. 12. Fastway weight distribution hitch is included. I forget the weight rating, but it is very stout.13. Upgrades to entertainment system include Bose sound bar, custom stereo speaker that can be used with main stereo, and swivel mount for the TV (along with well-managed cables). 14. Level Mate Pro helps you level out your trailer with ease. Helps to use roll-up leveling wedges. Connects to a phone app so you can gauge levelness as you back up on the wedges. Also helps you level front-to-back when adjusting the front power jack.15. TPMS system included.Beyond these customizations, this is a fantastic trailer and layout. The rear bedroom with separate kitchen/dining allows for two sleeping areas, if needed. The shower is sizable, and most people can shower with ease. The solid steps are a help. The fireplace is there if you would like to use itwe never did. And the long awning will cover most of the side of the trailer. A nice touch are the frameless windows (most of them). Roof is fully walkable. And this 25 trailer is pretty close to 25. Its not a 25 series thats actually 30 tip to tip. This makes it easier to manage and find suitable locations to camp. This camp trailer has lots of storage areas. The only thing that this trailer didnt check the box for me was that to enter the bathroom the slide needs to be pushed out. Comparing this to a current 2024 model, there are slight differences. Otherwise, this has been a dream trailer.Not all of the accessories in the photos will be included with the trailer.Price of this lightly used trailer with all the customizations listed above is a deal at $28,000 which is only slightly higher than the base price of trailers without the above-listed customizations. So save yourself some time and money in setting this trailer up for yourself by buying the results of all my effort to set this up nicely.Why are we selling? Our youngest child is graduating in a couple months, and we are downsizing again to a truck camper. (Our first trailer was a bunk house.) But realistically, we have used this trailer with two children with us and just as a couple. Its a little more effort with kids from the perspective of resetting the dinette each day, but its really easy to do.
