Lightly used travel trailer. Remodeled interior and outdoor kitchen. All wall decor, rugs, curtains, dishes, utensils, organizers, everything you need is included in sale. This camper has been well taken care of and is regularly maintained inside and out. I used it mainly as my remote office when we purchased in March 2020 - PRE-COVID- Never had any major repairs or mechanical breakdowns. We have 7 year extended warranty with just under 4 years remaining and transfers with camper to New owners. New tires and wheel bearings packed in 2022. We have only used it 3 or 4 times each summer and not further than 120 miles each trip, otherwise it has been stationary at our home where it is plugged in 24/7. All outdoor gear & safety accessories like stabilizer hitch with rock tamers, wheel chocks, leveling chocks & blocks, outdoor movie projector and screen; cargo carrier, fresh water hose, sewer hose, winterizing blowout nozzle, water pressure nozzle, outdoor rug, outdoor games, extra fuses and misc. parts and/or tools, can be thrown in if desired. This camper has tpms. Lippert 4 point auto-leveling system with bluetooth capable IRV control for smartphone; 3 zone Bluetooth stereo surround sound, outdoor speakers. 2 smart tvs. Original serta king size mattress is still new and never been slept on without memory for mattress topper. It has washer/dryer hookups and tons of storage. Rack and pinion slides. Great couples camper and full time living capable. Can send more photos.
