Original owner. Trailer is in excellent condition. Purchased new in May 2020. I purchased this model because I wanted a separate storage area for my motorcycle and other toys. Most other toy haulers have you transport your valuable toys in the living space and move them outdoors when you set up at your campsite. This rig allows your toys to be as comfortable and protected as you. The garage area is 12'x8'vented, heated and air conditioned with 9 floor tie downs. Up front is a queen bed with wardrobe cupboards on either side, as well as a storage shelf over the head of the bed. There are two entrance doors. One into the living space and one into the garage space. Living space has entertainment center, dinette area, kitchen counter with large sink, 3 burner gas stove top, gas oven, microwave and 7 cubic foot combo gas/elec fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. From the living space is a separate lockable door to the bathroom, which contains an oversize shower, toilet and sink with medicine cabinet and under sink storage. Another lockable door separates the bathroom from the garage area which has two fold down seats that convert to sleeping space for 1 or 2 people. Ramp easily converts to a deck with safety rails with a screen at entrance to garage. Trailer has an Airxcel 15,000 BTU ducted air condition system, Airxcel 20,000 BTU ducted gas furnace, Dometic 7 cu ft 2 way gas/elec fridge with separate freezer, dual mode water heater and a Winegard Air 360 omnidirectional TV/FM antenna + WIFI + 4G extender. Rig has freshwater tank capacity of 52 gal, gray water 78 gal, black water 39 gal. Black water tank has only ever seen liquid waste, so no odor problems here! Trailer has power patio awning, front and rear power leveling jacks, twin 30 lb propane tanks with wifi sensors (no more guessing how much propane is left in the tanks), RVLock remote control digital door locks on both doors and runs on a 50 amp service.
