Brand new, never slept on, high density mattress included. (tri-fold, murphy bed mattress. )LED lights on electric awning. Camper is wired for solar panels, cable and wifi. 27" Samsung smart TV installed on the wall. Digital thermostat pro-installed. Sway hitch & Wally Dish sat-receiver included with receiver. Very well taken care of. Tires are still in great condition. It's been winterized every season and flushed out in the spring. Owner is a retired mechanic and has taken very good care of it.
