Looking to sell my travel trailer off. This great trailer has an outdoor sound system, outdoor lighting, electric awning, and an outdoor shower. The jack system is electric and self leveling, and the hitch support is electric plus it has a light on it.Two 20 lbs, freshly refilled propane tanks and the propane tank cover can handle up to two 30 lbs. tanks. I am selling the trailer with the tow kit, electric 50 amp hook up, sewage pipe, and heated hot water supply hose. Trailer has the ability to run 10 amps on a solar panel if you have one. All three slide-outs are electrically operated from the inside. Roof access is available on back via attached ladder. Inside in the living room area it has an electric fire place, two recliner chairs, a tri-fold queen sized/bed sofa. A dvd/music player.Kitchen table that turns into a double bed. Full kitchen including a a deep farm sink, 3/4 sized fridge, pantry, gas oven, 4 burner range, microwave, and a decent number of cabinets. Not to mention a kitchen island with bar style hanging lights above.Tons of lighting through out. Bathroom has plenty of cabinetry for storage, a sink, toilet, and a full sized 6'-4" in height shower.The bedroom has a queen bed with a deep closet. Washer and dryer in unit as an upgrade. I bought this unit new, and have barely used it. I keep it in dry storage, no current power to unit if you want to see it fully open bring a generator. Comes with heated water supply hose, tow behind equipment, sewage pipe, and electrical hok up 50 amp. Cash or take over the loan from Truist/BB&T Front to back it is 35'-11" and weighs 10,500 lbs.
