Senior owned, selling for health reasons. Tow dolly is also included. Had absolutely no problems driving through the mountains out west. Motorhome always maintained by both dealer/Ford. Closed underbelly, heated pads under gray & black water controlled from inside control panel. Two 32" TV's(1 in bedroom 1 outside) and new 42" HG smart TV in living area. Ready for solar hookup as well as cable. Two air conditioners and auto heater. Residential refrigerator, convection microwave, 2 gas burner 1 induction burner. Lots of storage inside and out. Bench dinette has large drawers, kitchen has pantry with drawers, living area has cabinets, cabinet and drawer space in hallway and bedroom. Bathroom has 1 large cabinet with two large areas 1 for towels and 1 for extras, large medicine cabinet and 2 shelf cabinet under sink. Good counter space in kitchen and bathroom. Gas hookup outside for propane grill outside shower. On demand hot water heater. One full wall slide, skylight with shade in overhead bunk. Queen overhead bunk and queen bedroom mattress were protected with foam pad and mattress cover, always. Dinette and couch make into beds. Powered auto leveling levelers. Powered awning with LED lighting. Two ceiling vent fans with covers. Auto Onan gas generator. Motorhome has rear and 2 side cameras.Coach was inspected by dealer inside & out prior to being parked for winter. Roof was fine no leaks, slide was re-sealed no leaks, all lights inside and out working as well as powered awning and levelers. Also Ford changed oil in generator and coach engine. Filters were fine. Transferable warranty good through 10-31-24, for a fee can be extended. Coach treated with First Place Finish Protection. Paint was treated with a gelcoat, interior fabric and vinyl were also treated by First Place Finish. We had 2 rescue kittens in coach that were not declawed and left little tiny pin holes on both front seats and armrests as well as a few on side of couch.
