Having the second half bath is fabulous for when guests visit. They keep two dining chairs out but table easily accommodates four, with the extra chairs stored down below. All of the furniture is very high quality. Seller has really enjoyed the multiplex wiring, making everything easier. You don 't have to pull valves to empty tanks, you just push buttons. Since they were living in it as a winter homes for those months of the year, they added the entry stairs as seen in photos, but he still has original never been used ones as well.
