For sale is our 2021 Alliance RV Paradigm 372RK. A little about my wife and I: I retired from the Army with the intention that my wife and I would travel in our RV and see the beautiful country that I spent the past 27 years serving. As luck would have it, I landed a job after retiring from the Army in central Florida which turned into a second career. We have only taken our RV out twice and only locally to St. Augustine, FL. Now that you know the reason that we are selling it, lets dive into the awesome features specifications and of it.When we took delivery of the RV in November 2020, we had the dealer install Goodyear G614 RST Tires on all four tires on the ground as well as the spare underneath. For those who have been RVing for a while, you know these are the best tires money can buy for an RV. This was an additional cost of $2200 installed. We also had the dealer install an OPTIMA Blue Top Marine Battery at an additional cost of $320. We are including a new liquid acid marine grade backup battery. Also included is a small solar trickle charger that I kept on the battery while in storage, it maintained a constant 12.9 Volt charge. As you can see, we take pride in ownership and appreciate quality and durability. The kitchen offers lots of counter space, plus residential appliances to include a GE residential refrigerator. The Insignia full size RV gas range/oven is also great, you can cook a turkey in the oven! There is also a pantry, stainless steel farm sink and lower cabinet space prepped to add a dishwasher. All cabinet doors and drawers have soft-close feature. Everyone can dine at the dinette with four chairs or while sitting in the living area on the dual recliner love seat, or the two sleeper sofas that offer space for overnight guests. The welcoming entry way allows you to head to the living area or up the stairs to the front spacious master bedroom and hallway, thanks to the slide out with storage in the hallway with shelves. Even with a king bed in the master, you will find lots of space for your clothing and personal items in the front wardrobe, the flip-top dresser, under the bed, and under the two bench seats. And you can add a washer/dryer in the master closet if you need to. With any Paradigm fifth wheel by Alliance RV, you will experience the next generation advanced frame technology with heavy duty performance running gear. The Benchmark chassis features solid steel 10" l-beam main rails with a 2" torsion tube welded where the running gear attaches, drop frame storage area, flush upper deck design, reinforced goose neck area and a Rota-Flex pin box. The six-point hydraulic auto leveling is faster, stronger and quieter allowing you to enjoy more time away, and the PVC roof is more puncture resistant, ultra-bright white and more solar reflective to help keep your fifth wheel cool. The triple 13,500 BTU A/Cs are ultra-quiet, (model is Coleman Mach 45000 series units), independently controlled direct flow A/C units that maximize cooling capacity, plus the 42,000 BTU furnace has flex ducts connected to formed ducts in the floor, and there are dedicated heat vents into the basement and underbelly to keep the tanks and your gear cozy warm during the cooler seasons. The interior offers vinyl flooring throughout which is pet-friendly, easy to clean and allergen free, atrium windows, innovative storage solutions, Kensington collection furniture, a Bluetooth entertainment system, USB charging ports and much much more! The RV is prewired for solar with Go Power from wiredforsolar.com. The RV is also prewired for 4G LTE and WIFI with Winegard Air 360+. Youtube tutorial with Tech specs: https://www.youtube.comWe want to have immediate trust and rapport with the buyer: There is a very small bit of cosmetic damage due to brushing against a tree limb on the rear vertical trim (10 Inches approximately) and a small (6 inches approximately) decal marring on the nose cap of the RV and we have adjusted the price accordingly. Rest easy, this is cosmetic only and involves no structural components as you can see in the photos. We have all owners manuals for the RV as well as all appliances and will provide to the new owner.We do have the RV financed with Bank of America. We are happy to host a conference call between ourselves, the buyer , and Bank of America to verify/facilitate payoff and, title release/transfer and address for title transmittal to the buyer or the buyers lienholder.
