I am the only owner of this RV. It is clean and well maintained. Everything works there are no broken parts. I have performed all maintenance on this unit which has been preventative as a certified rv tech I have complied with all forest rivers requirements. The RV has never been smoked in. I just cleaned the AC and checked the capacitors along with flushing the hot water system and sanitizing the fresh water system and replacing the house water filter.It has 2 slide outs a second battery, 2- 30 lb propane tanks. A phone app you can turn lights on and off, operate your slides, check battery health and solar readings. 1 gray tank for galley 1 gray tank for shower 1 black tank and 1 freshwater tank. The shower is equipped with the Mizer system for dry camping. There is a black tank flush and a winterizing outlet. The only reason Im selling this unit is because we want something a little bit bigger. If you would like more pics or technical specs please contact me.
