We have owned our RV for almost 3 years and have enjoyed living in it for 4 to 5 months at a time...we spend 6 months at our home in Idaho and now will be spending the remaining time in our home Florida, so we do not need the RV any longer.We always kept the AC units running on 80 degrees on auto during the summers when we are not in Texas.It is in really good condition we clean the rubber roof and condition it a few times a year as well keeping the exterior washed.It has only 300 miles on it, it has only been moved twice and parked tires have always been covered. We have an EZ snap skirt that we put on during the winter which really helps maintain temps better, also we have armoflex insulation to put in the windows in place of the screens this really helps as well. We have 2 Extreme heaters that stay in each of the big storage compartments to prevent freezing..they have a built in thermostat so they come on and off. We removed the fold down stairs that came with our RV and purchased an aluminum stair with a landing, the original stair is still available.There are 3 AC units that work really well...and I keep the coils cleaned for better efficiency.This RV has an electric fireplace that also works very well and there is a gas furnace for those colder temps.We also have a washer/dryer combo in a built in which is really handy and saves trips to laundromat. This unit has a tremendous amount of storage that most RV's don't. It also has a built in vacuum system for the inside of the unit as well as the storage compartment.This unit typically comes with a queen bed ..we took it out and put in a king size bed.We have thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside when it is nice under the 16 ft. awning listening to music thru the built in stereo system and led lighting.
