This coach is in great condition and includes some nice extras. We have the optional second air conditioner (in reality one is enough, but its nice to have the second one), digital entry lock, bathroom fan has roof cover for all weather use, slide toppers, ceiling colorful accent lighting, electric fireplace, outside security cams, winegard Wi-Fi, new Goodyear tires (I took the china brand tires off immediately), upgraded queen mattress, rear cam display for in truck viewing and 12v refrigerator 15 gallons of propane for stove and heating system. We have lots of different 30/50 app connector combinations and chords with other useful items. We bought the coach to go to my daughters wedding in Denver and did a bunch of national parks. We were out for 5 weeks and had a great time living in relative luxury. Seriously, we slept great, comfortable evenings, made good meals and on a few occasions used the heat which was very cozy. The Rv tracks behind the truck flawlessly, firm and does not sway even a little bit. Very solid. For a couple, you have more than enough space, I imagine a family of 4 and maybe even a dog would be very comfortable in this coach. Its well made, well appointed and lots of fun.
