It has a new skylight installed over the shower and the wheel bearings were packed about 5,000 miles ago. The body length is 23 ft (thus 23MLS) with another 4 ft over the bed of the truck making it 26ft 10in or ~27ft. It is designed to be pulled with a Half Ton truck or larger. The unladen weight is 7,116 lbs.It comes as a 30Amp unit with 1 A/C but is set up for adding a 2nd A/C. It is also wired for Solar Panels as mounted on top or portable as desired. It has a large kitchen area at the back of the RV with a slide out for the fridge at the side and theater seating type recliners. Across from the recliners is the dinette area which converts to a bed for 1 or 2 people. Above the dinette is the TV and entertainment center. It as a full bathroom with walk in shower, a porcelain sink & toilet and plenty of storage space. The bedroom includes a Queen size bed with storage underneath. There is a slide out wardrobe and other storage as well. There is a large outside storage compartment with pass thru access from both sides. It comes with two 7 gallon propane tanks and another storage compartment for the spare tire and two 12 volt batteries. This RV is set up for cold climates with storage tank heaters and winterizing features. It also has a large power awning with an outside light strip.
