There are 2 slides (living room and bunk house) 2 bathrooms (1 full and 1 half) Outside grill and fridge awning 2 doors to get into the unit This trailer can sleep 3 in the bunk house, a couple in the master and then a couple on the fold out couch and a couple on the table that turns into a bed. 9 people with 6 sleeping areas.This trailer is in good condition.modifications and opportunities: about a 2 foot gash in a slide, it has been sudo repaired to keep the moister out but probably needs a good fiberglass repair job. small cosmetic items (like loose panel trim) water pump had been replaced bumper weld came slightly loose on one slide, if planning to tow anything behind the trailer I'd recommend fixing. outside grill a little rusty, plan to put some elbow greese on it before a showing cable between battery and control box repaired tiny screw whole through siding where master bedroom tv was installed (was waterproofed) Master bed frame was replaced with a 2x4 frame Winegard 360 installed I still owe $ on this unit, so I'm asking for pay off and a tiny bit more to cover advertising. This unit is going for well over 40,000.
