This 2021 New Horizons Majestic Travel Trailer is in excellent condition and is our final RV as we are coming off the road after 8 years of full timing RV life. The Freightliner M2-112 Truck with DD13, 450 HP Engine is also available. It was our second New Horizons TT and replaced our 2017 New Horizons Majestic TT. The 2021 is a few feet longer and has some changes from our previous 2017. This TT has never had any pets, children, or smokers inside of it. It also comes with a complete 7year extended warranty (with 5 years remaining) which covers everything that was installed on it. This TT has everything that we could think of to make our traveling as comfortable and convenient as possible whether boondocking or camping with full hookups. We wanted the larger size and conveniences that are normally only found in a 5er, however, we did not want to lose our truck bed for the sole purpose of carrying around a hitch. Since we were full timers we also wanted more storage room than a 5er has, along with all of the extra storage room that can now be utilized in the empty truck bed. This required a custom built TT. This TT has a basement that is enormous and goes from the front axle all the way to the front of the TT for the entire width of the trailer. Much more storage room than any 5er. The only drawback with this design is that you need a larger capacity tow vehicle than if it was the same length and weight as a 5er due to the placement of the tongue weight being behind the rear axle instead of over it. Make no mistake, this is a big heavy trailer and you need an MDT or HDT truck that can handle it. It has triple 9K axles and tows like a dream.It is 22,800 lb. dry and was about 26,000 with all our gear and full tanks. The dry tongue weight on your 2 5/16" ball is going to be about 2,350 lbs. and the loaded tongue weight will be around 2,700 lbs. depending on what you load into the trailer. So, if you want to utilize your truck bed storage room and be able to tow safely, and you want maximum onboard storage capacity, both the custom built TT and the tow vehicle are going to cost you more than a 5er setup. This TT was designed for 2 people that can sleep together in a queen size bed. You can go online and check out all of the standard New Horizons Majestic features that are included in all of their units. If you do your research you will discover that New Horizons builds the best luxury RV trailers. You will also discover that since they weld together their own frames and structural aluminum walls that they also are heavier when compared to the other manufacturers. Of course, the heaviest and highest quality are also going to be the most expensive. The differences in the New Horizons RV Majestic models are simply the options of whomever the person was that had that particular trailer built. So you basically have two choices. You can order new, pay a new trailer price, and wait 1 1/2- 2 years to get one or you can, hopefully, find a used one that meets your specific needs, is already debugged, and benefit by paying a lower price for a preowned unit. When we took delivery of this new TT we also purchased the Compass Platinum 7 Year RV Protection Plan which covers just about everything in the RV plus all kinds of added benefits and is transferable for $100. It basically extends the NH warranty and all other factory warranties for 7 years from the purchase date. This particular TT has very low actual road miles at only 11,683 miles. By the time we got this one we had already done a very extensive amount of traveling for 6 years in our previous Excel and 2017 NH TT's. We were starting to spend more time in favorite places and much less road travel. We didn't realize it at the time, but we were getting ready to come off the road and move back into our house in the Florida Keys. We took this TT to the New Horizons factory and had it fully serviced(wheel bearings packed, etc.,) at 10,170 miles and drove it home to the Keys. It is ready for someone to take out on the road right now.
