We purchased this 5th wheel in August of 2022 and have never been able to use it due to health problems. It has been stored this past year in an indoor facility. Theres no interior or exterior damage. We purchased a king sized Denver mattress for $1300 which, of course, is included. Its never been slept on. My husband did the slide maintenance after purchase and its been inside out of the weather since. With a full price offer we will include all of the extras weve purchased: a Progressive industries 50 amp surge protector, a tire pressure monitoring system, Anderson jack blocks and scissor wheel stabilizers, portable waste tote and more. Its a perfect camper for a couple. My husband and I had an Arctic Wolf 3660 Suite before this one and loved it but the bunk room was not being used by grandkids like wed hoped so we downsized.
