We purchased this new in December 2022 so its only 7 months old. Still mostly in new condition. I say mostly only because of a couple of dings on one of the refrigerators. Options included are 2nd A/C, 400I Solar Package with 2,000 watt inverter. Tankless water heater. Upgraded vent fan in bathroom. BAL 7.3 Leveling system. We added a vented washer/dryer combo unit which comes with it. Also added a rear view camera and I will even throw in the monitor. Sleeps 6. Has a king size bed, a sofa bed, and dining table converts to a bed. Has a huge bedroom. We need to sell because we just moved into a new house and cant really afford to keep it. Weve taken several trips in it and it does great. Its beautiful inside and out. Lots of windows, 2 awnings, and lots of storage. Has 3 outside storage compartments. Heated underbelly.
