It also has a tankless water heater. On board solar charging system for house batteries. It also has heated holding tanks.It has a clean title with a lien holder.There have been no accidents or damage to this motorhome.We removed the passenger side couch and installed large storage cabinet, hidden safe and a small cabinet.We removed a noisy garage air conditioner and replaced with plexiglass.We removed garage TV, but it's available. We installed tack tile around cook stove.We installed a wall mount TV brace for TV near refrigrator.We added a thick queen mattress to the powered drop down bed in garage.It will also come with an additional "dorm room" size refrigrator.It will also come with TPS tire minders and a LevelMatePro.It will also come with a Zamp Solar system for winter storage.We added a Lippert Waste Master RV sewer hose with leakpoof camlock and 90 degree nozzle and 40 feet of hose.This motorhome is well maintained. All maintenance records available.In 2022, installed, front Sumo Springs, front Hellwig sway bar and Safe-T-Plus steering control.This motorhome has been stored in a covered shed when not in use.Please call or email with any questions!
