Great RV!!2023 Thor Rize 18M class B in new condition with only 15k miles!! We just did a 6 week 10k trip and this van works great! It’s a Ram Promaster 1500 with the 280hp 3.6L V6 front wheel drive so plenty of power and rated to pull 3500lbs. We never pulled anything but avg MPG for the 10k mile trip was 17MPG with idle time and running the generator. With a 24gal fuel tank we didn’t have to worry bout gas stops. At 18’ long and 10’ tall it can get it in and out of most anywhere easily. The Ram chassis comes with remote locks, push button start, AC that keeps the whole van cool while driving, power windows and mirrors, visor storage shelf, plenty of drink holders and pockets, cruise control and more. Thor ads a nice dash touch screen tablet with navigation, large back up screen and CarPlay that can connect to multiple phones. Keep your food cold in the 12v fridge/freezer that runs off the 2 coach batteries that stay charged off the 200watt solar charger or the van engine. The rest of the kitchen is set up with a two burner propane stove top, microwave oven and stainless steel sink. Upper storage cabinet and 4 drawers for storage. Nice little window with pull down blind even! The couch is comfy and pulls out to a bed. Above it is three nice storage cabinet's. There is also a large overhead storage shelf across the front cab. Another storage cabinet and drawers and some netted side pockets for you also on that side with a big window that also has a pull down blind. In the back is bath area with sink, toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet and shower. The other side has a closet and a couple large drawers. Both back doors have some netted storage pockets and towel bar on one. Has two floor drawers one has pet bowls. The area has a power fan roof vent and LED light switched on the wall or at the main control center. When rear doors are open there is more storage under the cabinet we use for the table brackets,water hose, shore power cord, and the outdoor shower hose that plugs in right there. Equipped with a Truma propane furnace/water heater you can set the temp and stay warm and have hot water. The roof top 13500 BTU AC runs off the remote start EFI Onan 2800 generator that has only 17 hours and runs off the van gas tank. If needed you can set the Onan to auto start when the temp in the van gets to warm and turn the AC on then shut off when it gets cooled down. If it gets a little stuffy there is a large powered fan roof vent also. Also equipped with a 1000 watt inverter that will power the outlets but Onan or shore power is needed for AC or microwave. There is Winegard WiFi digital TV antenna with HDMI in the van with USB power throughout. With 18gal fresh water tank and heated 20gal gray water holding tank with cassette 4gal waste tank that both empty from rear of van. The power awning has a cool LED light on the underside. Thule bike rack included and you could put a rack on the 2” receiver hitch. There is a removable table, the cab seats have lots of adjustments and turn all the way around. It comes with curtains for the side windows, a sun shield for the windshield and an insulated outside windshield cover. If you want to leave the side door open while camping there is a screen that goes in. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to look at it.
