Additionally, we selected items from the Mountain Aire, London Aire, Essex and King Aire lineup to create a "home" that is as beautiful as it is purposeful. Please note that this level of customization brought the MSRP of this Coach to over $850,000, therefore this Coach is for a family with discerning taste that appreciates superior attention to detail. (Engineering and electrical drawings required) -Custom designed wall behind master bed to accommodate large window in lieu of headboard with shades and matching wood work. Custom designed triple bunks & trundle bed with LED lights in each bunk that have infinite dimmer controls. Both bunks also have fan, 110 outlet and USB port. Coach was engineered from the beginning for proper weight bearing, heating and cooling and electric needs. (Engineering and electrical drawings required) In the bunk room, move all ceiling lights from drivers side to other side so the room is properly illuminated when the slide is retracted and bus is traveling. (New ceiling design required with electric prints) Move the thermostat sensor for Zone 2 from the Master Bedroom to the bunk compartment so that the temp in the bunk area can be more accurately controlled as to childrens preference. Stock units make it hard to set temp. Additional trim pieces installed behind the driver and passenger windows to eliminate the gap and provide greater privacy when night shades are lowered. Add additional AC vents in the bunk room ceiling for better airflow for the children. Stock units have inadequate air flow. In the basement have custom shelves added by compartment doors to add over 35% more storage room.
