25ft Toy Hauler , Utility , Race car trailer It is duel axle trailer with almost new tires. Has a 20ft Deck plus the sleeper.. The trailer is 28ft 10in long from front to back. 95 wide 73 in-between the fenders The sleeper is about 5ftx8ft Has a Electric jack (but does not come with a battery) There is new wood in the front of the trailer the rest is not bad up to you to decide that. The chrome rims need cleaning It has a semi sleeper on it as you can see. The sleeper has the bed in it under bed storage And other storage areas inside. There is 2 access doors one small and the one big one that is open in one of the photos. We do not have the keys for them. The trailer has steel grating on the sides It has a small door and a step on the passenger s side. 2 gates in the back that fold down a small one for loading smaller things or you can fold the large one down to load bigger things. It has a garage door spring set up to help with picking the gate up and it works nice.. The trailer has Square tubing on top so you can put a tarp over it when parked for camping or what ever. Or you could always buy steel roofing on put it on. You can use this for lots of things. toy Hauler for your 4 wheelers or race car or Snow mobiles or use it as a utility trailer for a lawn care business.. It does come with a title I am starting out at $2,200.00 OBO so please feel free to make offers. The worse I could say is no. If you put half down I will take payments on the rest but the trailer stays at my place.
