It has a new floor and good metal , tires and brakes. Has been completely redone and insolated. A new heavy duty battery. Will run off of twelve volt or elec. Has a 1yr old LP gas Furnace that works great. Gas cooking stove with oven. Sink ,Frig,portable potty and shower.water holding tank, storage space and good floormats in the back on a good solid floor. You can haul two horses or a four wheeler . You can have every thing with it like chairs , table , small ladder ect. I fixed this to use for myself but due to health reasons I can no longer us it .
