Loaded 36ft "Bunkhouse" 5th Wheel with 4 slides. Model is 345DBQ. In immaculate condition. Serviced/maintained by Leach Campers where I purchased the unit new. I am the only owner. I have all maintenance records. Pre-owned only three seasons. Sleeps eight with queen sized bed in master, pullout sofa airbed, and rear bunkroom with four single beds (great with the kids!). Bunkroom has its own closets, TELEVISION and 1/2 bath. This unit has one baths total on board. Dinette table and chairs. Many upgrades including washer/dryer combo, recently replaced brand new larger cubic foot refrigerator, basement storage slide-out, Miracle exhaust fan, interior ceiling fan, outdoor shower and body protection coating. Also has outdoor stove top gas burners and dish washing basin. Everything works perfectly. Non-smoker and no pets. Only reason I am selling is that I purchased a lake home and don't want maintenance of both an RV and boat. This unit is in ATTRACTIVE condition and has no defects or problems.
