FULL BATHROOM, REAL TUB, ROOM FOR WASHER & DRYER. two AIR CONDITIONING UNITS. GAS AND ELECTRIC REFRIGERATOR, GAS STOVE, HEATER, WATER HEATER, four LP BOTTLES. I'M SELLING THIS AT THIS PRICE BECAUSE THE MAIN SLIDE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, THE SUBSTRUCTURE DOES NOT ATTACH TO THE RODS ANYMORE ON one SIDE & IT PUSHES THE SLIDE OUT CROOKED. THERE IS SOME DAMAGE TO THE TRIM ON THE MAIN SLIDE WHERE IT WAS PUSHED OUT CROOKED. THE SLIDE RAMS HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND THE MAIN SLIDE WILL HAVE TO BE PULLED OUT MANUALLY ONCE THIS RV FINDS A PERMANENT (OR SEMI PERMANENT) LOCATION. THIS UNIT IS GOOD FOR SETTING UP PERMANTLY ON A HUNTING LEASE OR MOBILE HOME PARK, NOT GOOD FOR TRAVELING ANYMORE. IT IS VERY ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE. EVERYTHING WORKS ON THIS RV AND IT IS NICE ON THE INSIDE, IT'S JUST OLD AND HAS A BROKEN SLIDE. I DO NOT WANT TO MESS WITH FIXING THE SLIDE, I JUST WANT TO SELL IT AS-IS. I WILL TRANSPORT AND SETUP THIS WITHIN ABOUT 200 mileS OF AUSTIN FOR ANYONE INTERESTED. CALL JEFF 512.460.XXXX.
