All LED lights, Extra pair of brakes, Roof A/C , Hot water tank for sink an shower, Queen side bed, Garage has 22 ft of floor, Electric Winch an lights, has some tool boxes an cabinets [Not great but works] Numerous Tie Downs an 2 tire mounts for motorcycles. has 83 inches between wheel wells so wide trailer77 inches height ceiling I think. The Bad, Roof Tin was torn by wind storm, needs to be repaired, I have patched it with plywood an rubber sealer, would fix it with a sheet of aluminum an sealer an rivet it to the roof tin, but temperature has prevented me from doing it. Serious buyers must call me or no Sell at close of Auction NO EXCUSES
