All new tires, roof is resealed, newer awning, lots of storage. it has a chevy 454 engine with about 65000 miles. What was supposed to be a vacation turned out to be a permanent stay so now we don't need it anymore.its ready to use, tank monitoring system, water pump, water heater, air conditioner etc are all working.the generator it came with doesn't work (we didn't try to fix it though), so we bought a generator and put it on a hitch haul in the back.my number is 734-239-XXXX we are asking 5000 OBO
