It is in very good shape , it is about 12 years old. A 2000 model with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 5-6 people. It has a separate bedroom with small wardrobe in front with an upgraded Standard Queen double-sided mattress (not a Short Queen). The dinette drops down to sleep 2 comfortably, the sofa folds flat to sleep 1-2. The refrigerator/freezer with 2 doors and air conditioning work great. There are a few minor cosmetic issue, nothing major. Fully enclosed bathroom with large closet for storage (unusual upgrade).
