700 firm.Has damage see picure of roof down. Was hit by a falling branch. I could have this fixed for $200.00, yet I didn't use it at all this year and I don't plan on using it next year either...SO SEll IT, already had it on craigslist and was asking $1,.600.00. damage as you can see from the picture is substained to the front right quarter. Roof can go up yet on this corner it is not rising to the proper hieght and when lowered it is slightly offset and if you look at the picture closely you can see this. There are no leak issues with the roof or the tent part of the trailer , all sceens are holeless and zip properly. Lamps, gas, water work properly.Has new tires and bairings have been greased every yearNew sky light with vent put in last yearFridge, stove, and sink and in good and working condition3 beds 1 Queen, one king, and 1 small bed for a childen under five feet.
