It tows nice, I pulled it back from California with no problems.It has the front bath with the 1 piece tub/shower unit(rare).It has the drop down table, fold out couch, and drop down Queen sized bed in the rear.The interior lamps all work.All appliances, stove, oven and microwave work.Exhaust hood works.All drawers and doors workBath fan works and looks like it is new, or very recently replaced.All vent covers are good and work, 1 is new.Fridge and freezer work.A-C blows cold and keeps it very comfortable in the Georgia heat. There is a crack in the plastic cover on the roof but it has no effect on it.Water pump kicks on when engaged but I did not hook it up to water.Tires look to be at 85% tread left.It has 2 LP tanks that come with it.It has an ONAN quiet generator with it.It has 2 external solar powered lamps on it, 1 on the front and 1 by the side door.The floor is in terrific condition with a few stains and cuts but it is not coming up anywhere.All the screens are with it and in excellent condition.It has the mobile fueling system and it powers on so it should work, think from the info it is a 33 gallon tank.It will haul a 3 full dress Harley Davidson motorcyles, several dirt bikes or 2 fullsize 4 wheelers with no problem.It has a few minor dents and scratches on the outside and 1 small dime sized hole in the siding (repaired but noticeable if pointed out).Two of the rims do not match.If you do flea markets or any type of trade shows, conventions, antique shows or sales at mobile events or concessions this would also work great for that.THX for looking and let me know if you have any questions. 404.353.0915It also has anti-sway bar and load leveler bars but it does not have the load leveler hitch.I do not text.
