Pro (rv builder) built camper with 3 way dometic fridge (12v, propane and 120) sink - cold water only, 5 gal tank under couch with external fill, fill hose and a hose that attaches to the sink so you can wash up outside. waste tank mounted under the van wth dump valve. 2 burner propane stove, 5000BTU ducted suburban furnace with wall thermostat, 5 gal horizontal propane tank mounted under the van, 2 different flexible propane hoses so you can fill from a grill type propane tank to the van tank and one to attach a grill type propane tank to the system for additional capacity. electical system with 12v battery, fuse box, exterior system plug in (shore power), exterior 120 outlet, 2 interior 12v lights, power roof vent. rear couch folds into bed, removale table for rear area, swivel front passenger seat to rear, window screens all around including inserts for the front wndows, custom insulated blackout curtains all around including windshield , engine ac, power windows and door locks, cruise control. 4 alpine speakers, sony stereo , switch for using stereo off house battery, connect for phone or laptop to speakers and inline amplifier.Oversized fuel tank. rear wheel drive2" lift , 31x10.5x15 tires, full size spare carrier rearHandled and drove good at highway speeds.Newer front shocks, brake lines, sway barsNewer Heavy duty custom rear leaf springsNewer Coil over rear shocksNewer Heavy duty hitch (500lb)Used for motorcycle hitch hauler for a 650cc bike. Hitch hauler not included.Roof in good shape with tv antenna rack.Blown headgasket. Has been sitting since last year. Will need to be towed.Quoted 2500 for used motor intalled or 3800 to remove, rebuild and reinstall. Tires hold air but are no good, Van rolls. No cat in exhaust, dosent need one to run. Newer motor mounts, new radiator, original radiator included. Original complete motor and tranny. Has rust in body and frame. Front crossmember is cracked , needs welded.Steering colum is loose ( just needs tightened ) and has a broken starter rod, still works and steers. The rod can be welded or replaced so it starts with key switch again. I was just pulling the rod to start. New in box Moog front susp and steerng parts included. Tie rod and ends, idler arms, 2 balljoints, bushings, $300 in parts included. Was rebuilding when headgasket went out. Worth 800 in scrap, more in parts or restore. Located at an Rv storage lot , north of Denver, CO off I25. Easy in and out.You could keep it there if needed, its $40/mo.
