BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE TRAILER SHIPPED TO FINAL DESTINATION, LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.I was planning on taking this iconic home on wheels on the road, across the country to visit national parks, unfortunately, someone else will have to pick up the dream. You could also use the Airstream as an AirbandB on your property and create a revenue stream, all systems are designed to be fully functional for making it a tiny home...on wheel. This is a completely restored 1994 Classic Excella 1000. It has all new pex plumbing, new marine vinyl flooring, new stove top and oven, new kitchen sink, new bathroom sink, custom wood butcher block countertops throughout, new queen memory foam mattress, new fantastic fan, updated electric plugs with usb ports, new window seals, new custom curtains and interior decoration. New 12 volt LED lighting throughout inside and out. Tires are in good shape with nice aluminum rims. New 12 volt tongue jack, two new 12 volt deep cycle batteries, new electric transformer.Here are additional details of our full renovation:BATTERIES:There are two 200 AMP Hour AGM batteries located under the forward settee. The batteries are charged from the solar panels or the charger when plugged in. They are controlled by an ON/OFF battery switch located on the front section of the settee just under the seat near the entryway.INVERTER/CHARGER:The Inverter/Charger is located next to the batteries under the settee. When not plugged in the inverter function of the device is controlled by the display next to the fridge. When turned ON the 120V systems will have power. If the Airstream is plugged in, both the inverter and charger functions of the device turn on automatically.SOLAR SYSTEMThere are four 100 watt panels located on the roof. They are controlled by a charge controller located next to the batteries towards the entry side of the Airstream. This device can be controlled and monitored by an app on your phone. The app can be found on renogy.com.120 VOLT ELECTRICAL PANELThe electrical panel is located in the cabinet above the bed. There is a main breaker and two other functioning breakers. The other breakers on the panel are spares for any future additions. When turned on these breakers power all the outlets and the refrigerator. This panel only works when plugged in or if the inverter is turned on when not plugged in.12 VOLT FUSE BLOCKThe fuses for all 12 volt devices are located in the forward backrest of the settee. There is a removable panel to access them.WATER HEATERThe water heater is located under the bathroom sink. It is controlled by a switch on a panel just above the countertop to the right. Before turning on make sure you have water pressure and the propane system open.WATER PUMPThe water pump is located under a hinged shelf in the closet. It is controlled by a switch on the front of the closet and on the switch panel in the bathroom. The pump will work if any one of these switches is on.FURNACEThe furnace is located under the kitchen sink and controlled by the Thermostat next to the fridge. Make sure the propane system is open before turning on furnace. Simply move the lever on the thermostat to the desired temperature.FRESH WATER TANKThe fresh water tank is located on the outside of the airstream under the closet. It is filled at the water fill fitting on the exterior to the left of the entry door. There is a tank gauge located inside next to the shower. The tank holds 50 gallons.GRAY WATER TANKThe gray water tank holds 50 gallons and is located under the bathroom. This tank collects the water from the sinks and shower. It can be drained by opening a valve on the exterior of the Airstream close to the ground near the bathroom. A garden hose can be connected and run to a location away from the Airstream.STOVEThe propane stove functions like a normal gas stove in a house. Before using make sure the propane system in open. While using the stove make sure there is adequate ventilation by running the range hood, ceiling vent fans and/or opening windows. There is a propane gas detector located next to the stove and two carbon monoxide detectors located in the bedroom on the floor to the right of the bed and under the bench across from the entrywayOriginal owners manual and receipts and records for all updates. I started to polish and with a little extra swet the entire Airstream would shine like new. Overall beautiful shape and everything works as it should. This is an excellent rig and selling below what we have in it.Capacities: 1′ 6 3/4″ 7′ 11 1/2″ With A/C 9′ 7 1/2″ With A/C 6′ 3 1/2″ ST225/75R15The Airstream also comes with a Honda EB 6500 Generator in excellent condition (value $3,500).The Airstream has a full shower and a toilet (not in the picture - a compostable toilet in the Airstream, cleaner, less smelly, easier to manage waste if stored at the same place).
