The bathroom has an upgraded porcelain toilet, and the water heater was recently replaced with a tankless water heater - so there is an endless supply of hot water! The bedroom features an upgraded memory foam queen mattress, storage under the bed, and a Micro-air Easytouch Wifi/Bluetooth Touchscreen Thermostat.
