We have owned it for a year and while we love it, we are downsizing to a much smaller trailer so that we can boondock more easily in the deserts of the SW where we live. It has a clean title and is ready for new adventures with you. Features to note:• It has two 90 watt solar panels on top which we had installed when we bought the trailer, and we added two new AGM batteries to work with this solar system along with a Morningstar PS 30M solar control module. • It has the awning package with three awnings: one on each side and one on the back over the bath window. • The ducted climate control system easily and quickly cools the cabin. A heat pump pulls heat from the air to warm the travel trailer without using the furnace. Two Fantastic fans help to keep the cabin cool in warmer weather and automatically close when it begins to rain.• The trailer has a 39 gallon fresh water tank, a 30 gallon grey water tank and a 19 gallon black water tank. • This Flying Cloud has more storage than we actually use with cabinets over the bed, over the dinette, and in the kitchen. There are two wardrobes/hanging closets as well as two cabinets under the sink in the bathroom.• The trailer comes complete with an LD TV in the bedroom that swivels to be viewable while at the dinette, as well as JL Stereo system with Bluetooth, CD, AM/FM and satellite.• An electric jack and Blue Ox stabilizer hitch goes with it so the trailer is ready to go. This unit is a dream to tow. The brakes and tires have just be inspected and are in good condition. A rear-view camera provides a view of what’s behind you while backing as well as towing down the highway.Everything works perfectly. There has been no smoking in the trailer, and it has been stored under cover when not in use since we purchased it.We are happy to provide additional photos and/or a walk through via Facetime to any serious potential buyer or interested parties.
