Big Sky Montana 340 RLQ 5th Wheel Travel Trailer 2008 by Keystone - Excellent Condition.This is a beautiful top of the line 2008 Big Sky Keystone Montana 340 RLQ 5th wheel. We purchased it when it was just a year old. We have stored it inside our insulated partially conditioned building the whole time we have owned it. We originally used it for short term camping excursions with friends. We have also used it for about 6 stays at a fishing camp in Northwest Ontario. We are a retired couple and recently purchased a cottage in Northwest Ontario on the same lake we used to take this 5th wheel to. It has not moved from the building that we store it in since the fall of 2019. As much as we love this 5th wheel we have decided to sell it since we now own the cottage.Back in 2008 this 5th wheel travel trailer listed for $78,565 new. Besides the decals on the outside showing some weathering from age the frame and structural components are in very good to new like condition since it has been inside a building most of its life. If you are looking for a really nice 5th wheel that can be used for full time living at a fraction of the cost for a new one - this is it! Ones like this don’t come along very often. Below are some upgrades that we have made over the years:1. Heavy duty aluminum alloy wheels with high capacity tires that are more durable than the original OEM wheels and tires typically sold on travel trailers.2. Active tire monitoring system that provides real time tire pressures on a remote display that you mount inside your tow vehicle. The tire monitoring system communicates wirelessly to the display inside the tow vehicle. The system continually sequences through all of the tires and displays their tire pressures as you are driving down the road. It will also alert you of a tire pressure problem.3. Custom made sun screens and shades by MCD Innovations on all windows in the main living / dining areas.4. High quality double recliner sofa with drink holders and storage compartment.5. Upgraded 40” high resolution Samsung LED television with an added Samsung sound bar for superior sound in living room.6. Upgraded Blue Ray DVD player in living room.7. Upgraded LED television in bedroom with built-in DVD player.8. Upgraded Winegard antenna with signal strength monitor to assist aiming the antenna.9. Upgraded LED lighting throughout.10. Upgraded dry camp fresh water pump and stainless steel pressure tank system.11. Upgraded Delta kitchen faucet.12. Added “apartment style” Clothes washer and Dryer.13. Upgraded residential style living room ceiling fan and light.We did remove the bedroom closet doors to gain easier access to our cloths. We also removed the closet door where the washer and dryer are located because we used a larger “apartment style” washer and dryer instead of the smaller RV style ones. Those doors are safely stored inside the building and will go with the sale of the 5th wheel.The two outside decals are showing signs of deterioration but I believe that they could be replaced with new ones or decals of your choice.NOTE: The mattress shown in the pictures is not included with the 5th wheel as part of the sale or auction.
