It is fully equiped with fresh & gray water tanks, 3 comp sink + hand wash sink, high pressure gas lines, a Wolf 4 burner stove/oven & 36" griddle (flat top), 3 high pressure stock pot burners with five 60qt aluminum stock pots w/ lids, a new samsung fridge, a 10k watt generator, a 30 count hot dog grill/roller,a large micro wave with shelf, 1 8' vent hood and 2 powered vent fans, a 1500 btu air conditioner with heat strip plus alot of various small wares and other odds and ends. This trailer has only been used once to test all of the equipment and we served 600 fajita tacos flawlessly. A perfect trailer for any type of cuisine. The 3 stockpot burners and the 60qt pots in conjuction with the flat top and burners, make cooking ANY cuisine possible! Any transactions must be done in person at a bank. This is for local pickup only unless payment has been made with the above stated critera, in which case I can deliver it for $1.50/mile under 500 miles.
