Tires are less than two years old. Had a new roof installed last summer and it has a brand new catalytic converter - with steel cage around it, as the other was stolen. Drives well, and the engine AC was just checked / recharged. Features separate toilet and a corner shower for extra room. Beds: Pull out full-size futon, twin bed above cab, and dinette table conversion. Does not have separated bedroom.
