I live in Saddlebrooke, Arizona. Saddlebrooke is an active retirement community located 12 miles north of Tucson, Arizona. I'm the original owner of this immaculately maintained RV. I have just turned 86 and after 30 years of living the RV life style I need to sell due to age related issues. As you can see from the picture I also have a 2006 Honda CRV tow car that I'm also desiring to sell for $5,000.00, but not separately. Everything that has broken during my 21 years of ownership has been fixed. The brakes and shocks have been redone, the generator rebuilt, the TV has been upgrade to a 36" flat screen. Although the current mileage is 138,841 you must take into account that I had to replace the engine in August of 2109 at the then current mileage of 124,213 for a total cost of $16,460. The unit has been stored in the Saddlebrooke outdoor RV storage lot for 21 years and has never seen a pack-rat. If you want to see the RV you'll have to come to me.
