This 2006 Fleetwood Prowler 260RLS extreme editionOn Feb-21-23 at 16:51:07 PST, seller added the following information:This 2006 Fleetwood prowler 260 RLS extreme edition is in good shape everything's working AC heating stove microwave refrigerator sewage water electrical and propane One power slide Everything's been great on it except for this past week as I've been selling it it has two wear and tear leaks one is an access door a gasket has gone bad The other is now with the pop out slide one corner is starting to leak in the bottom The tires are starting to show a little wear and tear on the on the side walls but treads real good but I think that I have greatly priced it appropriately for its wear and tear It really is in good condition also this is a 26-footer the weight on it by specs is 6,133 lb but I know it weighs less than that as you can see in the pictures I received it without the factory propane electric refrigerator freezer also it didn't come with the original factory microwave When me and my wife decided to sell it we removed our mattress so it should be less than 6,000 lb
