1989 Ford e350 Ambulance FOOD TRUCK Up for auction we have our 1989 Ford e350 Ambulance FOOD TRUCK. We recently built this food truck and launched it this past November to support our bar. We now have a kitchen in our bar and no longer have need to run the food truck. All of the equipment in the food truck is less than six months old. All of which works flawlessly. Along with the sale of this you will get the website for the business, business name and Google business profile if you choose to want to keep it. Currently this truck is a fully operating business that we no longer need. The website for the business is www.cosmic-dogz.com for you to check out. We will also included the menu and all recipes as well if you like. The engine is a 7.3L international diesel with 91,xxx miles. The engine had an overheating issue when we purchased it. Before opening the business we spent $5,300 on the engine rebuild which included heads, head resurfacing, fuel lines, coolant line and more. We were told it may overheat still, but since the time of repairs we have not had that issue. We will provide the full breakdown from the mechanics so you can have it for the trucks records. The transmission is in sound working order, no rust, tires like new. No suspension issues and the brakes are all in great working condition. In addition we have installed two new heavy duty cycle batteries. It does run on diesel and has a mechanical pump, so it is prone to a vapor lock if you do not run the engine from time to time. The food truck operates on all electric no gas needed. Runs on a single 240v 50 amp plug. An electric distribution system powers the entirety of the food truck and its services. The 50 amp Shore Plug is about 20ft long and can run with any generator that has enough wattage. we would suggest a 8,000 watt. Generator NOT included. Due to this being an ambulance, it is fully insulated and overly engineered, this is why we knew it would make a fantastic food truck. It has built in ventilation fans and extractor fans that are speed controllable from the jump seat inside the work area. It also has a separate AC / heater System in the work area not connected to the engines ac system. Plenty of overhead work lights but we were going to change them to LED as they put out a little heat. The food trucks kitchen has a Kratos refrigerated prep table with digital read out. A 48 inch stainless steel table and shelves. Health department certified sink with electric hot water heater. 10 gallon fresh water tank 16 gallon grey water tank, and easy grey water disposal. Has a beverage fridge by monster energy, a three compartment steam table and two commercial grade grill presses. It Has a comecial grade Air Fryer for fries and will do frozen to ready to serve fries in 10 minutes. Has ample cabinet space along with external utility compartments as this was an ambulance. This sale will included all cooking equipment, racks, bus tubs, containers, tongs, strainer spoons, order receipt books, and many extras. The history of this ambulance is that it was a medical vehicle for a paper mill. We do not believe that it was ever used for a hospital or for any medical emergencies. It does have some damage in by the front drivers door where it appears that the fender would catch the edge of the door a bit when opening. Two lights on the rear of the cab are missing or broken. We did find replacements for them on ebay. The cab is in good condition but it is in the style of the 89, alot of fake wood grain and beige. Overall she runs great and this truck catches alot of attention.
